Earlier this week I shared this quick, fun layout on the Scrapbook Circle Blog. I used the August ‘Make It Happen’ Main kit and the ‘You Shine’ Add-on.
I had this photo from our last vacation and immediately paired it with the Pinkfresh Studio gold vellum cards and the Studio Calico 6×6 pad. I love the simple graphics of the vellums and added the gold sequin heart and star glitter sticker from Scrapbook Circle.
I love the movement in the water and that inspired me to watercolor the white cardstock background. I wanted to switch it up a bit by using yellow & hot pink watercolors and layered a photo cluster on top. I adhered the base down to another piece of cardstock and grunged it up by sewing the edges and distressing the edges.
